1974

A silver Interceptor is now offered with an SCR suspension. 

SCR meaning Super Cushion Ride.

1974 NORTHWAY - INTERCEPTOR DELUXE

A plastic multi piece studed track with engine choices of 340- 440- or a 650 Kohler engine.

Sales are down for the whole industry and we only produce 2000 units.

All other sleds offered in 1974 were updated 1973 models.

Work was being carried out on a new Tubular frame married to an Aluminium tunnel front engined Northway for 1975. 

Sadly this sled never saw the light of day as the bank locked the door in late August of 73.

Note that the only front engined Northway ever to be driven in Quebecs trail system was
built by me after the closing of Northway Snowmobiles Ltd.
