 this extremely rare 1968 Arctic Cat Panther serial# BP8-model P20L. This sled is factory equipped with a Lloyd 400cc twin engine with a Tillotson HD carburetor.  Another unique thing about this sled is that it  is equipped with a 4 position ignition switch off/left/right/both, it was designed to run the left or right cylinder independently or both at the same time. The model P20L was not a production model for Arctic Cat. This is a test model for the Lloyd engine only.  This sled also is equipped with the optional auxiliary rear gas tank and front tool pouch. 

The motor runs excellent, and has a very neat sound to it. The seat has been professionally reupholstered using the correct new old stock arctic cat vinyl. The gas tanks and dash have been repainted. The windshield was replaced with a new reproduction one. The front drive sprockets and bearings have been replaced and the track is in great shape. The rest of the sled is original and needs to be refinished to be mint. This is definitely one worth restoring to new condition. It could use a new brake pad and drive belt, other than that it runs and rides great.
