I GET LETTERS EVERY OTHER DAY FROM PEOPLE TELLING ME THEY HAVE A SLED FOR SALE AND ASKING ME WHAT I THINK IT IS WORTH.  THE WORTH OF A SLED DEPENDS ON MANY FACTORS SUCH AS - APPEARANCE - CONDITION - MILEAGE - ACCIDENTED - IS THE MOTOR STUCK - TRACK CONDITION - RARE MODEL - HAS IT BEEN STORED OUTSIDE OR INSIDE - IS IT ALL ORIGINAL - BUYING FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER AND HAVING TRANSFER PAPERS AND SO ON. I AM CREATING THESE PAGES TO GIVE BUYERS AND SELLERS A LOOK AT SLEDS THAT HAVE RECENTLY SOLD ON EBAY WITH THEIR DESCRIPTION SO YOU CAN COMPARE. THIS IS NOT TO BE USED AS AN ACCURATE PRICE LIST OF A SLEDS WORTH BUT AS A GUIDE TO SHOW YOU WHAT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SELL OR BUY A SLED FOR ON EBAY. You are bidding on a 1977 SKI DOO T'NT 440. It is in good shape and runs good. It has the bombidier motor in it. The hood has 2 cracks in it one by the lower hinge and one by the tach. The speedometer shows 3000 miles but the cable or the speedometer is not working so I am unsure of the actual miles. I have owned it for a few years and have not used it that much since we dont get that much snow. It starts easily and runs good after it gets warmed up. vintage sno jet for auction. It is a 300 model. It has a Hirth motor that runs. It has an electric starter and pull starter. Original seat cover with no holes, although the foam is going away. It has no ignition switch. It has a brand new tilosen carb and comes with the old one also. VINTAGE 1973 "SCORPION STINGER" SNOWMOBILE. This snowmobile reads 340 on hood,but has a "CCW KEC-400/21" motor. This engine has 398cc,reed valve induction,and rated at 39 h.p. Motor has good compression and spark,and does run,but needs carburetor adjustment or rebuild. Track is in EXCELLENT condition. This machine has the RARE RED METALFLAKE SEAT that is in EXCELLENT CONDITION,only one small blemish. One ski has bottom wore down, but very runable. The speedo,tach,and all lights work on this snowmobile. Windshield has been cut down,but looks good. Also has rare red metalflake hand grips!!
